How far in advance should I schedule my trip?

It is recommended to schedule your trip as early as possible, ideally 48 to 72 hours in advance, to ensure availability. However, we will always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes, most of the time you are allowed to bring a caregiver or companion. Be sure to notify the us when booking your trip so they can accommodate additional passengers. This is limited to someone who is ambulatory and able to sit in a regular seat inside of the vehicle.  

If you need to cancel, call us as soon as possible. you will usually receive a full refund if your trip is cancelled at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.  Long distance transportation may have additional nonrefundable fees.  This will be discussed at the time of booking.  

Costs vary depending on the distance and type of service needed.  Contact us for a personalized quote.  We have no hidden fees and are upfront about pricing from the beginning.

  • Pickup and drop-off addresses

Yes, we offer the option to schedule recurring trips for ongoing medical treatments, such as dialysis or physical therapy. Contact us to discuss setting up a recurring schedule.

Unfortunately, we are unable to answer this question, as each insurance company has its own policies regarding NEMT services. Additionally, we do not bill insurance companies directly. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider for specific information about your coverage and eligibility.
