MedExcel Medical Transportation was founded with one clear mission — to provide safe, professional, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to individuals and healthcare partners across the Kansas City metropolitan area.

As a locally owned and operated Kansas company, we understand the unique needs of patients, families, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. That’s why we built a transportation service designed around comfort, reliability, and exceptional care for every client we serve.

What We Provide

Wheelchair Transportation

Safe, through-door assistance for appointments, therapies, dialysis, rehab, and personal outings.
Clients are never left at a curb — we stay until they are safely checked in.

Stretcher Transportation

Ideal for patients who cannot sit upright or need full support.

Bariatric Transportation (Up to 800 lbs.)
